User Area Password
If this is your first time to the DEFORM® Support page or if you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" link to the left under the login form, enter your primary contact's email, and your password will be emailed to you (provided you are the primary contact).
Why can't I log in?
- Are you using the primary contact email? Accounts are only created for the primary contact on record for your organization.
- Are you using the right password? Passwords are reset on the first of the year. Request your new password with the "Forgot Your Password" link to the left.
- Are you using the right account? Your FTP account information will not work in the User Area.
- Is your license current? Only users with an active DEFORM license will be granted access.
- Are you a new user? New user accounts and primary contact changes can take up to 24 hours to become active on the user area.
If none of the above are the case and you still cannot log in, contact the Webmaster.
